Ms. Johnson is a Certified Business Intermediary as designated by the International Business Brokers Association. She is the owner of Sunbelt Business Brokers of Austin, Inc. Launched in November 1998, the Austin Sunbelt office has continued to have consistent success as one of the leading business brokerage firms in Central Texas. Ms. Johnson has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience, both as an award-winning sales professional for three Fortune 100 companies and as a business owner in the telecommunications equipment industry. Ms. Johnson has experience negotiating mergers and acquisitions and business sales, representing companies with revenue up to $23,000,000. She is a licensed REALTOR in the state of Texas. Ms. Johnson is a professional speaker, speaking on small business success strategies, sales skills and negotiation. Ms. Johnson is past President of the Austin chapter of the Texas Association of Business Brokers. She has three sons, one still at home with her in Austin.
