 KARL KENNARD: With over 30 years business experience, Karl founded, operated and sold two multi-million dollar businesses. His experience has given him valuable insight into the problems facing both buyers and sellers of businesses. Karl works personally with both the buyer and seller to achieve a fair market value price.
 PHILIP WILLIAMSON:
Mr. Williamson has been with Sunbelt since May of 2000. He has over 25 years experience in real estate and business consultant. He served as Regional President a highly respected and profitable travel agency in the Southern United States, and was co-owner of one of the top 10 Century 21 franchises in the northern U.S. Mr. Williamson's expertise is in the travel industry, having been a consultant to the travel industry since August 1995, he worked with various agencies and individuals in the areas of start-up, operations, marketing, merger and acquisitions, valuations, and other related activities.
 KEN TEUSINK:
Mr. Teusink has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has been active in the Houston market since 1976 dealing with the sales, mergers, acquisitions and financing of small and middle market companies. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and structuring of business sales and purchases. His background as a business owner and expertise in various commercial industries allows him to work with both buyers and sellers to achieve their goals.
 RICHARD WILLIAMS:
Mr. Williams has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing, specialty store retailing and franchising, including over ten years as a successful business owner and operator. He has served in management positions with both consumer product manufacturing companies and major franchise organizations. He is skilled in new product development, advertising, retail store expansion and business management. His background as a business owner provides him with a valuable perspective on the needs of both Buyers and Sellers.
 RICHARD "RICH" BAIER:
R. W. "Rich" Baier is a retired professional Chemical Engineer. Rich has managed engineering projects in excess of 100 million dollars and was the Operations Manager for a company with over 200 employees. He has eight years experience as a business broker and is the only original Sunbelt broker on the Houston Team. Rich did take a two year leave to attend to two businesses and rental property he owns. He's back now and anxious to assist you in either selling or buying a business. Rich, has been active in assisting small business owners in obtaining permits & licenses such as liquor, used car dealers, freight haulers, day care, food service, tobacco, lottery, etc., both at the state, county and city level.
