R. W. "Rich" Baier is a retired professional Chemical Engineer. Rich has managed engineering projects in excess of 100 million dollars and was the Operations Manager for a company with over 200 employees. He has sixteen years experience as a business broker and is the only original Sunbelt broker on the Houston Team. Rich did take a two year leave to attend to two businesses and rental property he owns. He's back now and anxious to assist you in either selling or buying a business. Rich, has been active in assisting small business owners in obtaining permits & licenses such as liquor, used car dealers, freight haulers, day care, food service, tobacco, lottery, etc., both at the state, county and city level.

Rich has recently closed significant multi-million dollar deals and has established key contacts in the equity buyers world for larger projects.
