In business for over 10 years with a loyal clientele, the company specializes in delivery and installation of appliances for five (5) major retailers in the Greater Houston area. Six (6) 24’ box trucks included in the business sale. Trucks are housed at client gated facilities when not in use. CDL is not a driver requirement. Seller is involved in the business day to day, approximately 20 hours per week.
The business financial model includes Owner Operators (drivers) who pay all their expenses. The Seller takes a percentage of the gross revenues and Owner Operators are paid the balance. All accounts receivable is usually paid to the Seller within two weeks of billing.
Growth Opportunities: Revenue has been consistent YOY. With the addition of trucks and drivers, there are plenty of opportunities for expansion.
