In 2025, he earned the second highest sales price in the Sunbelt Business Brokers network and ranked Top 10 Nationwide for deal activity on the industry’s leading Private Equity and strategic buyer platform.

Career Highlights:

- Historic Brokerage: The only broker in Southern California to serve as sole Broker of Record for both Del Mar Country Club and The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe.

- Corporate Growth: Co-led a CVS pharmacy portfolio merger that led to a 2005 IPO on NASDAQ.

- High-Level Clients: Served as a trusted advisor to Joan Kroc of McDonald's, Kirk Kerkorian of MGM, and the Welk family.

- Industry Impact: Helped lead a division of Prudential California Realty that later became part of Berkshire Hathaway’s real estate expansion.
