Nancy Webb

Business Brokering is not Nancy Webb's first career. She began her professional life as a marine biologist working along the upper Texas coast. Through her close involvement with the commercial shrimping industry, a bank recruited her to provide SBA financing to businesses in that industry. Her lending work quickly expanded to encompass a wide range of businesses, including financing acquisitions. Over the next three decades, Nancy used commercial and SBA loans to provide capital to businesses across Texas and throughout the United States.

Throughout her banking career, Nancy worked closely with business owners at nearly every stage, from growth and expansion to acquisition and transition. She developed a deep understanding of financial statements, business valuations, deal structure and the lending process, as well as the practical challenges owners face when preparing to sell.

Today, as a Senior Business Advisor with Sunbelt Business Brokers, Nancy draws upon that experience to help business owners successfully navigate what could be one of the most important transactions of their lives. She also helps buyers evaluate opportunities, understand financing requirements, and prepare for a successful acquisition.

Nancy's approach is straightforward, practical, and relationship-driven. She combines her extensive financial background with Sunbelt's established systems, resources and global network to guide clients through the sale or purchase of a business with clarity and confidence.

Nancy serves business owners and buyers throughout the greater Houston region, focusing on privately held companies generating approximately $1 Million to $50 Million in annual revenue.
