Pravin Sonthalia

Pravin is a Business Broker with over 30 years of business experience across the manufacturing, service, retail, and franchise sectors. Having personally owned, operated, bought, and sold multiple businesses and franchises, he brings firsthand entrepreneurial experience to every transaction.

He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of New Orleans and an international Management Accountant degree. Pravin is also an active investor and a licensed Commercial Realtor in the State of Texas with extensive real estate experience.

Community-minded and active locally, Pravin has served on the Board of Directors for a local Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with local charitable organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, walking in nature daily, and listening to spiritual lectures on the weekends.
